Sounds like a hippie to me. I like the channeling dealio, the surrealism - but the palette of these old modern painters is a bit chalky for my tastes - gloss it up. Scumbling is a sin.

The house is not small at all, but there are so many goings ons that it seemed full enough to have some adding. So I encouraged the building of the studio out back. I honestly mostly hang there. The light is good enough and night is all mine. I suppose you guess I am a ghost. I suppose you are right. And the jealousy that ensues in such a juxtaposition- our condition just must be excused. I am bitter that she can move and stomp and pour and I can only hover. I try not to let my jealousies interfere in our relationship. But we are both aware of it; never let that be forgotten.
